Since 2012, Melissa has worked with individuals and families from all walks of life and her focus has been helping young professionals and families to be more financially intentional so they can live the life they want.
Built to educate and empower individuals over their finances, Cairn FP also encourages individuals to put experiences ahead of things and to reimagine the "9 to 5, work until you’re 65" concept. Life is short and some things should not have to wait until retirement. Hence, Melissa's move from Seattle to Bologna, Italy in 2024 with her husband and dog.
