I started Bird Spring Financial because I noticed a gap between rules of thumb and financial advice for a self-employed data science freelancer like me. It was hard to find a financial planner to work with that didn’t want to manage my money, so I began learning on my own. Over time I realized I enjoyed learning about personal finance more than my freelance data science career and began to make the transition. I bring my strong analytical background to financial planning and love empowering people to live a more purposeful life on their terms.

Mission Statement
To help people live their lives intentionally.
Why I Became an Advisor
I realized people end up in ruts. They have the ability to do change their lives but don't understand they can and how to do it effectively. From quitting my job back in 2017 so I could enjoy better weather and work on my own terms, I've accumulated a variety of life experiences I share with clients to help them make similar decisions.
