Greg Sazdanoff

While working at a Nationally renowned brokerage as a Financial Advisor for several years, Rise Financial Consultant’s founder, Greg Sazdanoff, became disillusioned with the Financial Services Industry as a whole, due to the excessive fees charged and the vilifying of alternative asset classes such as Investment Real Estate. Greg left the industry entirely in 2017 and became the owner/operator of a successful construction company and a Multi-Family Real Estate Investment company. In 2023 Greg sold his construction business to start Rise Financial Consultants with the mission of providing Advice-Only planning for a set fee instead of the percentage of assets under management model used by most in the industry. Utilizing the Advice-Only approach in conjunction with his CFP® and Real Estate License allows Greg to offer unbiased advice with the most complete array of investment options in the field, while keeping his fees well under the industry average. Greg’s experience as a Multi-Family Real Estate Investor and business owner give him a unique perspective not traditionally found in the Wealth Management profession. Greg holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER ™ designation and is also a licensed Realtor® allowing him to represent his clients across all asset classes. Greg resides in the Clintonville neighborhood of Columbus with his wife and three children.
