Hi there! I’m Chris Reddick, a fee-only financial planner and the founder of Chris Reddick Financial Planning, LLC, which I started in 2019. I specialize in advice-only investment, retirement, and tax planning—especially for professionals in corporate, education, and public service careers.
I offer flexible planning options, including hourly sessions and monthly subscription plans, to meet you where you are. As a CFP® professional and Enrolled Agent (EA), I bring the highest standards in both financial planning and tax expertise to help you make confident money decisions.
My approach is goal-based—we’ll work together to set meaningful financial goals, track your progress, and celebrate your achievements along the way. If you’re looking for someone who will keep you focused and accountable, I’m here for you.

• Premium Plan – Ongoing comprehensive planning for $150/month
• Platinum Plan – Everything in Premium, plus tax planning, coaching, and accountability at $200/month
• Kick Start Plan – A one-time deep dive into 1–2 financial areas for $800
• Hourly Planning – Pay-as-you-go at $200/hour
A little about me: I was born and raised in Canada and hold an MBA from the University of Guelph and a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Sheffield in the UK. I moved to the U.S. in 2000 to begin my university teaching career and currently serve as a full professor at the University of Texas at San Antonio. I’ve taught graduate-level economics and have 11 years of leadership experience as a department chair, along with writing books and articles on finance, technology, and management.
